Qatar has strict governing laws on how women should dress in public - which in short terms means they are expected to cover up at all times.
The Qatar Tourism Authority also asked for visiting fans to "respect local culture" and "avoid excessively revealing clothing" and ensuring that both shoulders and knees are covered.
Earlier in the tournament model Ivana Knoll, more popularly known as Miss Croatia, was criticised by Qatari locals for her raunchy choice of clothing at the World Cup.
Miss Croatia was stopped by security during Croatia's quarter final win against Brazil and was prevented from taking photos with supporters.
"They don't allow the fans to take photos with me or pose for photos down here on the railing. I then asked them why they were so rude," she told Bild.
"Everyone wants photos with me, even the locals. Only on Twitter was there a negative reaction from a Qatari. But he probably just wanted attention."
