You might have heard of Paul Pogba (if you’ve not, where the hell have you been all summer?).
In a couple of days, he should – assuming all’s well with his medical – become the most expensive footballer to have ever graced this planet when he rejoins Manchester United from Juventus.
With that in mind, it’s no surprise to see the world’s sports media running story after story on the imminent transfer.
That’s certainly the case with The Sun, who published a story on Pogba’s return to Manchester on their website on Sunday evening. But as was quickly pointed out by a number of people who stumbled upon the article, there was a problem…
Paul is not the only professional footballers in the Pogba family. As well as him, there’s also older twin brothers Florentin, who plies his trade in Ligue 1 with Saint Etienne, and Partick Thistle’s Mathias.
Unfortunately, the article about Paul’s move back to Old Trafford was accompanied by an image of his soon to be Manchester United boss, Jose Mourinho, and brother, Mathias – the Partick Thistle badge clearly visible on his chest.
Oops.

Let’s just hope for the sake of United’s supporters that Ed Woodward hasn’t just agreed to lump close to £100m on the wrong Pogba brother.
