Great TV.
Liverpool’s 4-0 demolition of Arsenal must have been an unpleasant watch for Gunners icon Thierry Henry, but the Sky Sports pundit did his very best to critically analyse and slate the performance of Wenger’s men during the post-match discussion.
Goals from Firmino, Mane, Salah and Sturridge ensured a 4-0 rout for Liverpool and the win sees Klopp’s men move into second place.
As for Arsenal, Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher have already torn their performance to shreds – quite right too – but in the aftermath of the match at Anfield, Henry and Carragher discussed the match further.
Cast you mind back to that famous moment when the Sky Sports analysts discovered that Brendan Rodgers was sacked as the manager of Liverpool on live TV. Henry’s immediate reaction to that moment – and his secret love for the beloved Liverpool defender – went viral and rightfully so.
That look from Carragher created some TV gold.
There’s no denying that this moment was absolutely brilliant, but much to everyone’s delight, it has happened again.
At this point, Graeme Souness must be feeling so left out! here’s to Carra and Thierry, the best bromance in football.
This is great!
In fact, the Liverpool icon has even tweeted about the footage since.
It’s funny enough to even make an Arsenal supporter smile, well, maybe not.
