The gun was jumped, the ball was dropped, somebody f**ked up.
Hours ahead of the 43rd PFA awards in London, it seemed as though somebody at Tottenham has let slip one of the key winners.
The match programme printed 24 hours before Spurs host West Brom on Monday night begins with a tribute to Dele Alli who, according to the article, “was voted PFA Young Player of the Year at the 43rd PFA Awards in the Grosnevor House in London.”

Alli was up against Jack Butland, Philippe Coutinho, Romelu Lukaku, Ross Barkley and teammate Harry Kane for the award but, apparently, there was no competition as everybody knew the winner already.
Somebody at the printers can expect a stern talking-to.
