Stranger things have happened (see POTUS) but we somehow can’t see this happening.
Jose Mourinho is in absolutely no danger of losing his job right now, we know this.
The Manchester United manager is on an incredible unbeaten run, with Saturday’s last-gasp draw against Stoke the 17th consecutive game in which the Red Devils have avoided defeat.
But more impatient supporters remain frustrated due to the pair of most recent Premier League results which required late goals to snatch draws for United.
One furious fan couldn’t sit idly by and watch his side continue to settle for points and decided to call up Robbie Savage, of all people, to offer his solution which bizarrely boiled down to sacking Mourinho and bringing in the only logical replacement.

Tony Pulis.
Tony.
Pulis.
Manager of West Brom, lover of aerial duels, old-fashioned, hard-nosed, cap-wearing Tony Bloody Pulis.
To be fair, Savage probably had the exact same reaction to the suggestion as you had. Only his response was live on the BBC.
We’ll be honest when we say we can’t see it happening but, if it does, Pulis can get a United-branded baseball cap for an absolute steal.
