Antonio Conte will be announced as the new Chelsea manager on Monday.

According to reports on Sunday evening, the Italy coach, who has been widely linked with the role in recent months, will take charge following Euro 2016.

Conte was reportedly spotted in London on Sunday to finalise the deal with Chelsea, with negotiations over his backroom staff joining him reportedly a sticking point to concluding the deal.

However, it appears the two parties have reached an agreement and the 46 year old will be officially announced on Monday.

Conte enjoyed three highly successful years as Juventus manager, winning three league titles and looks set to become Chelsea’s 11th manager since Roman Abramovich bought the club in 2003.

Guus Hiddink has acted as interim manager since Jose Mourinho was sacked last December.
