They’re currently on a 12-game unbeaten run.
French side Reims are fined €25,000 every time their manager takes charge of a game. Will Still, 30, is the youngest manager in Ligue 1 – and Europe – but has impressed since taking the reigns and has currently got his side on a 12-game unbeaten run.
Reims have not lost since September and are 11th in the league after scoring a last-minute equaliser against Paris Saint-Germain on Sunday.

Still is so new to the management game that he is studying for his UEFA pro license – which is required to manage in the French top flight.
As a result, Reims are fined every time he takes charge of a game, however, given the run they are on, that won’t matter to the club too much.
Earlier this year Still was asked if the money came out of his wages. “Well, it’s been, sort of, negotiated,” he told the Daily Mail earlier this month.
“The club said: ‘We’re ready to invest in your career. just as long as you keep winning!'”
Although he is off to a positive start in his managerial career, Still admits is still blows his mind that he comes up against the likes of Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappé.
“You reflect on it and think, ‘Why the hell am I doing this? How am I in the position to be coaching against these guys?’ he added.
“I was just like a normal kid playing Football Manager.
“I spent nights where you get to 10 o’clock in the evening, thinking, ‘Ok one more game.’ And then you end up at 4 o’clock in the morning: ‘Oh, I’m still at it.
“But what I realise now, the crazy thing is it’s actually so realistic.”
