Real Madrid youngster Endrick has been linked with a shock move to the Premier League.
It was confirmed that the 18-year-old was joining the La Liga club back in December 2022 from Brazilian club Palmeiras for a reported fee of €60 million.
The Brazilian officially joined this summer and made his first team debut in August where he scored in a 3-0 victory over Real Valladolid in La Liga.
He became the youngest foreigner to score for the club in La Liga's history (aged 18 years and 35 days).
He then scored on his Champions League debut, becoming the youngest player to score for Real Madrid in that competition and also becoming the youngest Brazilian footballer to score in the UEFA Champions League, aged 18 years and 58 days.
Manager Carlo Ancelotti has been full of praise for the Brazilian star. Speaking after Endrick opened his Champions League account against German side VfB Stuttgart in September, he said: “He has balls! Endrick had courage. It was the last move of the game. He was convinced he'd score.
“He went for the most difficult solution, but it went well. In these two days, he's shown himself to be brave, in every sense.”
However, in a team packed with talent such as Vinicius Jr, Kylian Mbappe and Rodrygo, Endrick has struggled to assert himself and has had to settle for a less prominent role in the team.
Endrick has made just nine appearances across all competitions for Madrid, scoring two goals and assisting one.
The youngster, who idolised England legend Bobby Charlton growing up, has apparently been attracting interest from a Premier League club and Ancelotti could be ready to let the teenager go.
According to Spanish outlet Fichajes, Tottenham Hotspur have registered their interest for a potential deal in the January transfer window.
However, Ange Postecoglou’s side will face competition from Serie A outfit Juventus.
It has been reported that any club that was to sign the player on loan would not have the opportunity to make the deal into a permanent one.
