The Manchester United legend is less than impressed.
Paul Scholes did not hold back when discussing Paul Pogba’s performance against West Brom, saying the Frenchman was ‘disrespectful’ towards Jose Mourinho.
Pogba was the United hero in the Manchester derby, scoring twice in the stunning 3-2 comeback win over Manchester City, only to struggle to impose himself during the shock 1-0 home defeat to the Baggies on Sunday.
The midfielder was substituted after 57 minutes, with Scholes blasting his ‘showy’ performance.
“We have seen an amazing player in him – just not at United yet,” Scholes told BT Sport. “As I said he performs one in every three or four games and as a United midfielder aiming to win the league that is not enough.
“He went from that sensational performance [against Manchester City] to this on Sunday.
“I thought it was a bit disrespectful towards his manager the way he played (against WBA). I think he’s gone out wanting to create the Paul Pogba show.”

Scholes says there is certainly a possibility of Pogba leaving in the summer after an apparent breakdown in his relationship with Mourinho.
“Yeah I think he could (leave this summer),” Scholes added. “I don’t really speak to him at the club but from the outside looking in it looks like the relationship isn’t great.
“When you see a performance like that on Sunday you almost feel like he thought he doesn’t care what the manager thinks. I think that’s disrespectful towards his manager and team-mates.”
Pogba enjoyed a more productive night against Bournemouth, setting up Romelu Lukaku for United’s second goal before going on to be named Man of the Match.
