No f**king around with Nike, it’s back to basics and it’s back to classics.
The new Inter Milan kit is a throwback to some of our favourites of the legendary blue and very, very, very, very, very, very dark blue and the away jersey would make you think Marcelo Salas himself was running around the club again.
Both Juventus and Inter have released new rigs for the 2016/17 season on the same day and, with rival manufacturers Nike and adidas going to head-to-head, it was only natural that there’d be a bit of competitiveness involved.
Juventus won on the field last season but could Inter do them off it?
No. Probably not.
In fairness, they’ve done a good job with the new kit – especially the away one.

It could be another triumph for adidas though who have teased fans of Italian football with the release of the away jersey for the Serie A champions.
And, hey, they’ve done a bang-up job with this pristine bad boy.
The Italian Champions never follow.
