Manchester United could be poised to move for a new left-back following Luke Shaw’s long term injury.
According to The Mirror, Charlton Athletic have offered 22-year-old Morgan Fox a new deal, fearing Louis van Gaal will move for the player.
With Shaw set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines, the United manager’s scouting team has drawn up a list of potential signings that might strengthen this area of his squad, with Fox said to be one of the names that features.
Moves for Aaron Cresswell of West Ham and Leeds United’s Charlie Taylor are also reported to be under consideration.
Fox has also attracted the attention of several other Premier League clubs, having broken into the Wales squad.
