Clearly somebody thinks Jimmy is capable of winning matches in the Scottish Premiership.
Ronny Deila has been asked to slowly clear his desk between now and the end of the season after Celtic confirmed the Norwegian will be leaving his post as manager once the club inevitably add their 47th league title.
Now all the focus has turned to who will replace Deila at Celtic Park next season, with Roy Keane, Neil Lennon and David Moyes all mentioned in dispatches.

At this stage former Everton and Manchester United manager Moyes leads the betting at 6/5, followed by Lennon (9/4), Keane (6/1) and club icon Henrik Larsson (8/1).
While Swedish superstar Larsson may be struggling to keep hold of his job at Helsingborg, Celtic have a ready-made replacement on their staff.
A man who knows a thing or two about a thing or two, including winning.
With the old enemy (or new enemy, depending on your point of view) Rangers returning to the top flight next year, who would you want staring down Mark Warburton across the technical area – Larsson or Jimmy Goddamn McGuinness?
Donegal’s Jim McGuinness.
Exactly.
Clearly the number-crunchers over at Ladbrokes feel the Donegal man is in with a shot, quoting a price of 40/1 for the 2012 All-Ireland winner to replace Deila.
That makes the Bhoys’ performance consultant and coach shorter odds than former Leicester boss Nigel Pearson (50/1), Tony Mowbray (50/1) and Tim Sherwood (66/1).
While McGuinness does not hold the requisite UEFA licences at this stage, that did not stop the likes of Jurgen Klopp, Alan Shearer and Gareth Southgate taking their first steps into management.
There is one chance in 40 that shit is going to get real intense in the East End of Glasgow. Even by East End of Glasgow standards.
