The pair’s relationship continues to be incredibly wholesome.

Jack Grealish has worn a special t-shirt designed by a young fan with cerebral palsy as their heartwarming relationship continues.

Finlay Fisher and Grealish’s friendship made headlines last month when the England player dedicated his World Cup goal against Iran to the youngster.

The 12-year-old Manchester City fan met his idol before the World Cup and asked that Grealish perform the ‘worm’ celebration if he scored for the Three Lions.

And, sure enough, Grealish did.

The pair’s friendship has continued ever since their first meeting, with Grealish wearing a special shirt before England’s clash with Senegal on Sunday night.

In a post shared by Art of Football on Twitter, the Manchester City player was seen wearing a t-shirt with Finlay’s special celebration on it.

The post from Art of Football read: “Moment made! Jack Grealish wearing Finlay’s design ahead of tonight’s game. These moments of wholesome connection are priceless.

“From every player to every fan across the country, when we say we are behind this England team, this is why. Welcome to the team.”

The pair struck up a friendship when Finlay wrote a letter to Grealish after finding out that the footballer’s younger sister Hollie also has cerebral palsy.

This meant he was later offered the chance to meet Grealish in person as part of the Premier League’s ‘Fan Mail’ initiative, the MailOnline reports.

Grealish has previously described 19-year-old Hollie as his “best friend.”
