It’s been said on more than one occasion already, but this Premier League season really has been a strange one.
Nobody could have predicted that last year’s champions would sit in 15th place in late November.
Perhaps even fewer would have put money on the fact that Leicester City would be topping the table at the same stage.
Claudio Ranieri’s men deserve credit, and looked impressive again on Saturday as they brushed aside Newcastle United with a 3-0 victory on Tyneside.
Much of the talk following the game has been about Jamie Vardy’s goal-scoring record, but the fact that they have kept a clean sheet will also have been a welcome sight for their supporters.
In fact, despite topping the table at this moment in time, the incredible statistic below shows that Leicester’s defence is one of the worst in the entire league.
Seven teams have conceded 20 goals or more so far. As you’d expect, six of them take up the bottom six places in the league.
Guess who the other team is?

Incredible stuff.
