Day to forget for Donegal’s finest
Generally Seamus Coleman is as reliable as my trusty 2002 Nissan Micra. Always motors well and clocks up the milage without any major fuss. Unfortunately today it seems he was filled with some dirty petrol as he had a pretty poor day at right back for Everton against Swansea.
The Donegal man had ‘mare by his own usual standards with his passing on the right side particularly poor in the opeing 45 minutes
PASS MAP: Seamus Coleman has completed just 64% of his passes. Very low percentage by his standards. pic.twitter.com/kyaUlkmrLo

Despite that Everton took the lead through Aaron Lennon before half time before Coleman played a direct part in getting Swansea right back into the game with the match ending 1-1
The Republic of Ireland man was in a foot race down the right flank with Gomis when it seemed that he was pushed over by the striker. While on his hands and knees he scooped the ball away right in front of the referee. Though Coleman protested that he was fouled first, it’s a pretty blatant attempt to get away with an obvious handball. That might be acceptable in GAA but not in the Premier League.
Everton fans and Fantasy football managers were not happy with the brain-fart from the Irishman
Seamus Coleman has conceded 3 penalties in the PL League since the start of 2013/14. Only Koscielny has caused more in that time (4).

And then you have this sort of things
That’s the sort of things that stops Seamus Coleman getting in the England squad #SWAvEFC
