Jamie Vardy is a man in demand.
The Leicester City striker, who scored 24 goals as the Foxes won the Premier League title last season, has reportedly had his release clause met following a bid from Arsenal.
Liverpool are also said to be interested in Vardy, however, his transfer release clause reportedly only applies to clubs in the Champions League.

Arsenal are in prime position to land the 29-year-old, but Leicester City fan Gary Lineker has made a direct plea to Vardy via Twitter, urging the England striker to ignore Arsenal’s approach.
Stay with the Champions @vardy7 don't join the perennial also-rans. https://t.co/Yssd7IiuOS

While it may be a bit harsh to call Arsene Wenger’s side “also-rans”, they did finish runners-up to Leicester last season, and haven’t won the league title in 12 years.
Lineker was responding to Piers Morgan’s tweet, urging Vardy to ditch Leicester and move to the Emirates.
Come on @vardy7 – let's do this. #afc
