What a real shame.
Harry Arter has pulled out of the Republic of Ireland squad.
The Bournemouth midfielder has had to withdraw with a thigh injury and is almost certainly out of Euro 2016.

After a man-of-the-match display in just his second international cap against Holland on Friday night, Arter was expected to not only make Martin O’Neill’s final 23-man squad but possibly act as James McCarthy’s replacement who is also struggling for fitness.
The news comes as a real blow to the player and the country.
Arter was busting his balls in that last friendly against the Dutch and it showed with another exciting performance.
But the 26-year-old has left the camp due to injury and will almost certainly be excluded from O’Neill’s 23-man squad which is named on Tuesday night after the clash with Belarus.
