Social media 101.
If someone hurls abuse at you on Twitter or Facebook then normally right minded people just ignore it and get on with their day.
But former Real Madrid coach Paul Clement, and now current Derby County boss, has a different approach it seems.
He’s inclined to retweet abuse directed at him by supporters.
It’s unusual enough for a manager to even be on Twitter to begin with, but to endorse a comment that he doesn’t know what he’s doing is bizarre
Judging by the time of the tweet it looks like it was sent as Derby conceded a 60th minute equaliser to MK Dons on Saturday.
However they did go on to win the game 3-1 so perhaps Clement is just showing that he is indeed fit to manage an U10 team, and Derby too, with an expert piece of reverse-trolling.
The fan in question has taken to social media to issue a grovelling apology for his ire,

And that tweet has also been retweeted by the Derby boss, which shows perhaps he’s not as clueless as we may have taken him for.
We think he’s probably enjoyed a very smug Sunday.
