David de Gea has spoken out with a brutal message following Erik ten Hag's sacking.
Fazed out of the club from the start of last season, De Gea left Manchester United a club legend, yet was allowed to walk as a free agent.
Erik ten Hag replaced the former Spanish international with former goalkeeper from Ajax, Andre Onana.
Since then, Onana has been an ever-present between the sticks.
De Gea recently returned to club football at Italian outfit Fiorentina, prompting delight from fans that were eager to see a return.
And now following the news that Ten Hag has departed Old Trafford, De Gea has taken to X in a hilarious manner.
With one emoji, he summarised his mood and has since gone viral.
One fan responded: "Hahahaha David couldn't wait. Bigger legend in my book to Man Utd than ten Hag."
