Manchester City will face Real Madrid in their first ever Champions League semi-final.
The draw, made at Uefa’s Nyon Headquarters in Switzerland, also sees Atletico Madrid take on Bayern Munich for a place in the Milan final.
Manuel Pellegrini’s side will host Real first at the Etihad before heading to the Spanish capital a week later.
In the other semi-final, Atletico will welcome Bayern Munich in the first leg before travelling to Germany.
The first legs will be played on Tuesday April 26 and Wednesday April 27, with the returns being played on May 3 and May 4.
It, of course, opens up the possibility of a nightmare final scenario for Pep Guardiola.
