LaLiga of Spain however is rumoured to be allowing players from the Russian and Ukrainian leagues on short-term deals until the end of the current season.
As a result it means that unless a Spanish club comes in for Moses, he will have to remain in Russia and as a Spartak Moscow player for the foreseeable future.
Burnley are not the only club to have registered an interest in foreign players competing in Ukraine and Russia. As reported by Alex Crook of TalkSPORT earlier this month, both Southampton and Leicester City have also registered an interest in signing Shakhtar Donetsk winger Tete, but would almost certainly face the same problems as Burnley.
