Brendan Rodgers was sacked as Liverpool manager following today’s 1-1 draw against Everton.
The news sparked widespread reaction amongst Twitter users, and Brendan Rodgers was understandably trending on the social media site.
Some Twitter users decided to contact Rodgers directly. However, the Northern Irishman isn’t on Twitter, but Brendan Rodgers, a Colarado Rockies baseball player, is, and he was forced to clarify the situation.
