Arsenal’s leaked new away kit might even make Alexis Sanchez stay

If this doesn't keep Sanchez at Arsenal, nothing will

Robert Redmond

If this doesn’t keep Alexis Sanchez at Arsenal, nothing will.

Sanchez appears restless at the Gunners, and was dropped for the 3-1 loss away to Liverpool last Saturday. The Chilean reportedly had a bust-up in training days before the game at Anfield, and has looked miserable in recent months.

Sanchez allegedly had an argument with his teammates ahead of the game at Anfield, and they are said to be unhappy with his attitude. The former Barcelona forward, meanwhile, is reportedly unhappy with the club’s failure to compete for major trophies.

Sanchez has 15 months remaining on his contract, and has yet to sign a new deal. Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus are among the clubs said to be interested in a summer transfer for the 28-year-old.

It’s looking increasingly likely that Sanchez will be leaving the Emirates after three years, but this new away kit may change his mind. If not, then all hope is lost for Gunners fans.

Footy Headlines, who are generally accurate with this type of thing, have a leaked image of Arsenal’s new away kit for next season, and it’s a break from tradition.

The black Puma jersey features a pink trim, the first time an Arsenal outfield kit has featured pink.

Next season, when he’s in Paris or Turin, Sanchez will surely regret not getting to wearing this kit, right?

Yeah, probably not. But it’s still an impressive effort.

Two other Arsenal kits leaked online at the end of February.

Arsenal fans may not know who their manager will be next season, or if their best players will still be there, but at least Yaya Sanogo will be sporting these classy kits leading the line.
