“I’m finished with this, fam. I’m finished with this, blood”
A lot of Arsenal fans’ frustration relates to the club seemingly having the same season over and over again.
For the past seven years (at least), it feels as though Arsenal’s title challenge, and European campaign, collapses early in spring. The team then put together a run of form to qualify for the Champions League again.
This year it feels different. Arsenal face a serious fight to finish in the top four, as the competition has arguably never been higher.
And while the Gunners often lose the first-leg of their last 16 Champions League tie, before winning the second won, restoring pride and coming close to overturning the deficit, this year they couldn’t even manage that.
Arsenal lost 5-1 to Bayern for the second time in two weeks and lost the tie 10-2 on aggregate. Once again, they collapsed after Laurent Koscielny left the field and conceded some embarrassing goals.

The humiliating defeat on Tuesday night comes after a bad week for Arsene Wenger, with Alexis Sanchez reportedly unsettled and wanting to leave after a training ground row.
The Arsenal manager is understood to have been offered a new two year deal, but has yet to sign it. Arsenal Fan TV contributor Troopz doesn’t want Wenger to stay.
Troopz doesn’t even want Wenger to wait until the end of the season to leave, he said he needs to be gone by the time Arsenal play Lincoln City on Saturday in the FA Cup.
He also hit out at the board, and the players, claiming only Sanchez, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and “probably” Danny Welbeck care about the club. Troopz also said Hector Bellerin’s form has dipped since he changed his hairstyle.
“It’s not fair, fam,” Troopz said.
