Get well soon, Fernando.
Antoine Griezmann scored one of the best goals you’ll see all season on Thursday night, but the game will be remembered for a serious head injury suffered by Fernando Torres.
The Atletico Madrid forward showed exactly why Manchester United are reportedly preparing a €100m bid for him in the summer with a stunning strike against Deportivo La Coruna.
Greizmann played a give and go with two teammates, before hitting a first-time shot, which curled and dipped beyond the Deportivo goalkeeper. The strike seemed to catch the ‘keeper by surprise and drew the game level at 1-1.

However, the game was marred by an injury to Torres.
The Atletico striker was hurt in a clash of heads, and received lengthy treatment on the pitch before being taken to hospital.
Be warned, these are distressing images.
