This is so bad that it doesn’t even qualify as a fall from grace any more.
The world was once Anderson’s oyster but, unfortunately, the once-flashy midfielder scoffed that oyster and asked for more.
Anderson followed in the footsteps of Lionel Messi, Cesc Fabregas and Sergio Aguero when he was awarded the European Golden Boy gong in 2008.
From there, the Brazilian’s career took a sharp nosedive as he couldn’t cope with the pressure that came along with his €30 million pricetag met by Manchester United.
He scored just five goals in his 105 appearances for United and was sent back to his native Brazil when he signed for Internacional 11 months ago.
The 27-year-old hasn’t exactly lit up the Brasileiro Série A either – missing penalties, getting sent off, needing oxygen and providing some shocking stats.
And the stock-lowering looks set to continue with reports that the midfielder is about to sign with Chinese Super League side Hebei Fortune.

It just goes from bad to worse for poor ol’ Anderson Luís de Abreu Oliveira.
