You could probably call him injury-prone.
Daniel Sturridge is back. Again.
After Jurgen Klopp confirmed the sensational news last week that the Liverpool striker had trained two days in a row, back-to-back, in succession, hope springs eternal around Anfield.
Liverpool head for London on Tuesday night with their FA Cup status on the line but the manager is certainly confident that Daniel Sturridge could maybe play. Perhaps. And even Divock Origi and Philippe Coutinho too.

So, at the time of writing at least, Daniel Sturridge is available.
The England forward sat on the bench for the entire game with Sunderland at the weekend and, after putting his 33rd injury behind him, he is ready to play again. Allegedly.
A graph of all his injuries shows exactly what the poor fella has had to overcome just to get to this FA Cup fourth round repay dream.

Think that’s bad? You’re right.
But Tomas Rosicky is still an Arsenal player apparently and his rap sheet is even more impressive and/or scary.
Even though Abou Diaby left Arsenal, the injury curse has moved onto it's next target.

It’s an Arsenal thing.
Remember Jack Wilshere? The former professional footballer hasn’t even peeked his head from beneath the parapet yet this season and looks in no rush either.

Those days are behind Sturridge though. This week. And he’s ready to kick some ball again for the first time in two months when he last did so against Newcastle.
