Carl Frampton is set to move up to featherweight for a world title fight in America this summer.
According to to ESPN boxing writer Dan Rafael, the Belfast born IBF and WBA world super-bantamweight champion is being lined up to fight Leo Santa Cruz on US cable network Showtime.
Date TBA in summer but @SHOsports also close to deal for Leo Santa Cruz to defend 126 title vs. Carl Frampton. Probably in US. Great fight.

The Mexican is the WBA featherweight champion, and has yet to taste defeat in his 33 professional fights, winning 18 by KO.
Should the fight go ahead, Frampton, who recently defeated Scott Quigg for his WBA super-bantamweight title, will have the chance to become a three-time world champion.
The 29 year old fought in the United States last July, overcoming Alejandro Gonzalez in El Paso Texas.
