The BBC presenter, and former England and Barcelona striker, has never been allowed to forget an unfortunate incident back in the 1990 World Cup match against Ireland. Poor Gary wasn't feeling the best during and, well I'm sure you know what happened next.Lineker had another mishap tonight when he managed to cut his finger on the BBC Sports Personality of the Year trophy.
