It’s January and it’s a Saturday so most of you are off work and may be thinking it is time to follow up on that New Year’s resolution and get down the gym. You should, trust us, you’ll feel better afterwards.

Marisa Inda is a personal trainer in LA and on her YouTube channel she has posted her pull up routine which frankly had us wondering if she had cracked gravity. Rather worryingly, it just seems she is insanely strong and has the sort of body control that is only honed by years of working out.
