As is traditional for New Zealand’s international teams, the haka is a pregame feature for the country’s basketball stars, who have been competing in the Oceania Championships.
But their Australian rivals, who have no doubt seen this all before, were clearly not intimidated by the display ahead of a 71-59 win over the Tall Blacks.
Then again, when the haka is being screamed into your chests, are you really going to be all that worried?
