The Daily Telegraph in Australia has summed it all up.
It’s been rightly impossible to read the sports pages today without finding a touching image of Phil Hughes or glowing praise of the batsman as both a player and a person.
But the fact that the Australian Telegraph has retired its back page for Friday’s publication is perhaps the most fitting tribute of all.
Brisbane’s Courier Mail also does a fine job with their cover

The Age too give over their entire back page to the tragedy
