Looks good to us
While the odd cycling shirt can look good, most are not the most aesthetically pleasing of garments. But when we heard that Bradley Wiggins was launching his own team, we had a feeling the jersey they produced would be a step above the average.
Our hopes were further raised when the logo for Team Wiggins was shown and it was clearly a nod to the mod era so beloved of the titular rider.
Today the full shirt was revealed and with three colours of red, blue and gold, we think this Rapha-manufactured kit is just class. The press release by Rapha is a bit OTT, ‘both logo and jersey represent the style, heritage and dynamism of the British pioneer’, is just one example but we still love the shirt.
