You may not be aware that Miss Universe is not only still a thing, but it is on right now in Florida. We wouldn’t care too much either until we heard that Miss Canada, Chanel Beckenlehner, wore an outfit that was causing a sports-related fuss.

It seems this was in the National Dress round and some Canadians are a bit pissed off that Ice Hockey was used to define the country.
We wonder how an Irish contestant would be received if they did a similar thing with hurling?
