Isolation is no excuse, apparently.
With movement, and therefore exercise, limited by government restrictions to prevent the spread of Covid-19, we’ve all had to get a bit inventive when it comes to keeping in shape.
No more so than Gareth Allen.
Gareth is in the midst of raising money by running 12 100-mile races in 2020. He had to get his training runs in, so he decided to undertake a marathon… In his back garden. Not only that, but he felt good on the day, so it wound up becoming an ultra-marathon.
