VINE: Houston player aims low blow with his shoe at LeBron James

A glancing kick

We feel his pain and anger

Basketball is non contact sport for the most part despite its players being massive six-foot plus monster men who aren’t in the gym seven days a week for just their health and wellbeing.

And maybe it’s because Le Bron isn’t used to anyone being able to lay a glove on him,or that he got a shoe from a man weighing over 100kg, that he reacted to a kick aimed at his nether regions as his Cleveland side took on the Houston Rockets last night.

LeBron was challenging James Harden when the Houston man fell to the floor. As he was falling  he appeared to aim a kick somewhere south of the equator on the body of LeBron. Officials stepped in quickly to defuse the tension after a little bit of a scuffle between both sides.

Later there was another run in between both sides as James was checked by Patrick Beverley in the third quarter. Things again got heated as James tried to get off the ground but was prevented by various Houston players.

A technical foul was called on both James and Beverley for their actions.
