Pro-tip: if you’re going to do something that will get you into trouble, don’t tweet about it beforehand
Saturday was tough for fans of the Pittsburgh Steelers. The burgh were comprehensively beaten by the Baltimore Ravens 30-17 at Heinz Field in the AFC wild-card game.
However, even if you’re the most die-hard Steelers fan walking the face of the Earth, I can guarantee you didn’t have as bad a time as one of your fellow supporters did at the game yesterday.
One Mensa candidate was fed up with watching his beloved franchise lose, so to liven things up he issued a challenge to his hordes of followers on social media. If he got over 400 retweets, he vowed to run onto the field.

Thousands of interactions later, he had to live up to his own bet. However, due to the fact that his plan was now on the very public forum of the internet, the security at Heinz Field also saw the tweet and did their job by nabbing the absolute rebel. Luckily, the Steelers fan livetweeted the entire ordeal for our amusement.

Proving that some people just refuse to learn from their misdoings, the offender promised that he would return to fulfill his obligation and rush the field again. We look forward to seeing him share his inevitable arrest on one of his social media profiles.
