The Seattle Seahawks clinched a play-off spot as Marshawn Lynch and Russell Wilson led the reigning Super Bowl champions to a 35-6 victory over the Arizona Cardinals.
Lynch, known for his powerful ‘Beast Mode’ runs, had another unstoppable romp to the endzone, rumbling through a series of tackles on this 79-yard rush that even had his team-mates impressed.
Michael Bennett on Lynch’s 79-yard TD: “That’s the best I’ve ever seen. It looked like he was running for his freedom.”

Lynch also picked up a six-yard touchdown, making light of reports that he was forced to sit out the first quarter with an upset stomach, an explanation that didn’t hold muster with everybody.
AKA, pre-game poop. RT @bcondotta: Official word in press box is that Lynch has an upset stomach. — Matt Miller (@nfldraftscout) December 22, 2014
Lynch’s running style is obviously rubbing off on his team-mates, with quarterback Wilson executing a textbook stiff-arm to score his own rushing touchdown.
The notoriously loquacious Lynch then topped his evening off by giving the media one of his rinse and repeat interviews.
