Say it ain’t so.
Calvin Johnson, AKA Megatron, is set to hang up his boots cleats.
The Detroit Lions legend apparently told his team and inner circle that 2015 would be his last year ripping up American Football fields.
The wide receiver is just 30 but having battled niggling injuries over his nine seasons in pro football, ESPN are reporting that he is ready to call it a day.
The decision is not yet final but Johnson is said to be “pretty content with his decision” after he was believed to have signalled this season would be his last.
