“The both of them were shite” – Tyson Fury immediately comes out of retirement and calls out Oleksandr Usyk

“I would annihilate both of them on the same night.”

In true Tyson Fury fashion, he has just come out of retirement for the third time in 2022, to declare that he would fight and easily beat Oleksandr Usyk.

The Ukrainian has just beaten Anthony Joshua for the second time to secure every single belt in the heavyweight division, except for the WBC.

That belt belongs to Fury, and with the set so close to being complete, Usyk called out the Gypsy King straight after the fight, stating that he does not think he is retired.

It turns out that the defending champion was correct, because the Englishman took to Twitter almost immediately and made some pretty bold statements.

“To be honest with you guys, after watching that, the both of them were shite.

“It was one of the worst heavyweight title fights I have ever seen.

“It was bullshit. I would annihilate both of them on the same night. F***ing shite!”

With Joshua beaten twice, and just the one belt left to go, the whole world wants to see Usyk vs Fury, and even in the muddy world of boxing, it looks like it could well be on the cards.

Usyk won his fight on a split decision, although many believed he was in a much more comfortable position than that, cand that he clearly outscored the British fighter.

Although Joshua had improved a lot and clearly implemented a game plan to go for the body continuously to try and slow down the silky southpaw, he couldn’t seem to get to grips with him.

As it stands currently, there are two heavyweight champions of the world – so we won’t know who is the undisputed champ until they finally meet (if and when).
