WATCH: Roy and Robbie Keane come off second best to Steve Guppy in crossbar challenge

Roy, you can keep your Champions League winner's medal. Robbie, you can have your four consecutive LA Galaxy MVP awards.

Because Steve Guppy is the Ireland camp's king of hitting the crossbar. The former Leicester and Celtic winger is a coach for the Republic of Ireland team and he put our pair of Keanes to shame by pinging a left-footed effort off the crossbar after an open training session at the Aviva this week.

The Manchester United legend needed two attempts and still barely skimmed the underside of the bar while Robbie too needed more than one crack at it. But that Guppy, he's got a wand of a left peg on him.
