If there are four better words to describe Steven Gerrard then we've not heard them.
The departing Reds captain said goodbye to Anfield yesterday after 17 years lining out for Liverpool and, while it may not have finished with a win, Gerrard had to have been delighted with the send-off he got from the fans.
And he showed that his focus is still firmly on Merseyside when a forward-thinking fan attempted to get the midfielder to sign an LA Galaxy jersey as Gerrard made his way from the pitch at full time.
Gerrard was happy to sign programmes and Liverpool tops for supporters but he turned down the shirt he will be wearing in a matter of months, saying "I'm not signing the LA Galaxy one until I'm there."
