The Premier League, NFL... literally every sports organisation should take a leaf out of the Africa Cup of Nation's book when it comes to MOTM presentations
The big-wigs behind the AFCON have thought of a remarkable idea. Rather than the use the archaic tradition of getting a journalist or a sponsor hand the Man of the Match his award after the game, they've found an ingenious, new way to liven up the presentation.
They've started letting, what can only be described as "superfans" hand their country's hero their post-game prize. The result has been a magnificent spectacle.
