Mourinho bites back at Luis Suarez after criticism of tactics in Uruguayan’s book

Jose Mourinho raises an undeniably valid point about the growing trend of twenty-something footballers who pen autobiographies a tad too early.

It is Luis Suarez who has been singled out by the Special One for criticism after the Uruguayan revealed that one of Mourinho's players had told him that he was embarrassed by Chelsea's defensive tactics in the Blues 2-0 victory at Anfield in April. Suarez claims that an unnamed Chelsea player spoke to him in the game, saying: “What do you want me to do? If [Mourinho] makes us play like this, I have to play like this. What else can I do? If I don’t, I won’t play. What would you do?’” But, as expected, Jose Mourinho is not one to wave a white flag in any war of words. The Chelsea boss hit back, mocking Suarez for attempting to tell a life story at such a young age. "Was it another book? Books! I've not written a book, no. At 51, I might have enough of a story to tell to write one. "But when you are 25? Then you can only write a book about when you are a kid? "I have an invitation to do a book but just one where I'll choose 100 pictures of my career, and where I just make a little comment on every picture. A memory book.
