A purported £12 million a season deal was in the offing if Terry fancied a move to China but he has opted to stay and fight for his place under new coach Antonio Conte.
Terry has taken a massive pay-cut to remain at Stamford Bridge. The Sun report that his weekly stipend of £150,000 has been reduced to £50,000 while The Daily Mail estimate he will take home basic pay of £60,000 each week.
