It does seem like something of a conflict of interests and it's understandable for the Neville haters to be perturbed by this.
40. Best right-back in Premier League history?
On the pitch, it's hard to make a case for any other right-back as the greatest to ever grace the Premier League. While undeniably talented, arguably his greatest strength came in the mental standings. He was seen as the playing embodiment of Alex Ferguson as he took to the field with fierce passion and the philosophy of "it's the world against us."
Whatever you think of him, as a pundit or a person, you can't deny that, at his peak, you'd be hard done by to find a full-back that you'd want in your team ahead of Gary Neville.
