Ander Herrera gave quite the unexpected answer when asked for his fittest teammate

Morgan Schneiderlin, Matteo Darmian and Antonio Valencia are all in pretty good condition. Now think of the people you wouldn't expect to be named the fittest player at Manchester United. Bastian Schweinsteiger, Wayne Rooney and Juan Mata are all left puffing after 90 minutes. But Ander Herrera has given an even more surprising name when asked for the fittest player he's played with by ManUtd.com. The United midfielder claims that David De Gea is his fittest teammate, past or present, which took us all of guard. It's not exactly a great indicator at the fitness of a squad when a goalkeeper is the fittest player. But, hey, we don't train at Carrington so De Gea could well be outlasting every outfielder during training for all we know. Either that or Herrera is just talking up his buddy.
