A Scottish suplex?
Jonny Sexton was the victim of something akin to a wrestling move against Scotland at the Aviva stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The Irish fly-half was flipped off his feet by bycentre Alex Dunbar at a ruck late in the second-half of Ireland’s 35-25 win over Scotland in the Six Nations.
Dunbar received a yellow card for his challenge, which would be more at home in a wrestling ring, than a rugby field.
However, Sexton was accused of play-acting in order to get Dunbar a yellow card.
Sometimes this game annoys me, penalty I could have lived with there but it’s not a yellow especially with Sexton’s play acting
