The weather was pretty crazy at the Sportsground last week, just ask Ian Keatley.
Tonight, Pat Lam’s side welcome Edinburgh to the west coast, and it looks like conditions are going to be even more “attritional”, if this Vine is anything to go by.
TG4’s @Maidhci has tweeted out this shot of rain and howling wind in Galway, and we’re wrapping up just looking at it.
The rain is coming down in sheets, and while we can’t see the flagpole in the wind, we can certainly hear it.
And TG4’s rugby anchor Maire Treasa Ni Dhubhghaill tweeted this selfie from pitchside, leaving us under no illusions as to just how tough it’s going to be out there.
