Twickenham scoreboard operator gets carried away by England’s triumph

It perhaps should have been 22-3 but there’s no room for bias in the scoreboard operating world.

England schooled Ireland in the art of collision-winning, breakdown battles and aerial warfare, this afternoon.

Stuart Lancaster’s side led 12-3 at the break but were very close to further scores.

Still…

In the end, the scoreboard at half-time was not too far off England’s final score.

They finished as 21-13 victors.
